 I want to tell you thank you for your consistent help and expertise in improving my health and nutrition.  The itchies are still gone. . . awesome!  I have been outside much more than usual this last week and in places that I am not usually in.  No issues with allergy eyes, etc.  Yay!  Last Thursday, a fever blister started to come up.  Already today it has nearly gone away and is much smaller than usual.  Wahoo!  The cramps in my legs and feet are nearly gone.  Sleep is better without hot flashes:)  Life is good!!
